A: Please see label instructions for best results. You can also download the preparation and application instructions HERE.

A: We recommend you use a UFP Paint Brush. UFP brushes have been specifically designed to provide a streak free application. To care for your brush, wash with warm soapy immediately after use.

A: Two coats is recommended each time. Neo Classical White is recommended to use for a base coat.

We currently only sell direct to wholesalers at the moment, but you can purchase UFP from any of our stockists listed on the Stockists page HERE.

A: To cancel an order it is best to email us during working hours, 9am – 5pm AEST Monday to Friday. If you order hasn’t already been processed for shipping, we will happily cancel your order.

A: To retain order accuracy, we are unable to make any changes to orders. However, if your order has not yet entered our Shipment process, we can cancel your order.

A: Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

A: We accept returns on most unopened/unused items within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept opened jars for a return.
If you'd like to return an item, please email us to receive a Return Form. We can be contacted at: ultraflexiblepaint@gmail.com. Please DO NOT return items without the proper documentation. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.
